Privacy Policy

This is plain-English explanation of what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights. We've kept it short because we genuinely don't collect much.

Last updated: 12 May 2026 · Effective: at soft launch

The short version

1Who we are

DENOVA Tools ("DENOVA", "we", "us", "our") operates the website at denovatools.com and the engineering calculators offered on it.

We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We are the data controller for personal information collected through our service.

For any privacy matter, contact admin@denovatools.com.

2What we are launching

During our soft-launch period, DENOVA offers free engineering calculators — Quick Calculators and DENOVA Lite. These tools do not require an account, sign-in, or payment. You can use them directly in your browser.

We also offer an email waitlist for users who want to be notified when DENOVA Pro launches. Joining the waitlist is optional.

This Privacy Policy covers both: using the calculators, and joining the waitlist.

3What we do NOT collect

DENOVA is intentionally architected so that your engineering work never persists on our servers. Specifically, we do not collect, store, log, or retain:

Your engineering work travels through our calculation engine and returns to your browser as results. It is not written to any database, log file, or backup. You download your work to your local machine or your own cloud storage — never to our servers.

4What we do collect

If you join our waitlist:

When you visit denovatools.com:

If you submit a form (e.g. waitlist sign-up):

That's the complete list. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, behavioural tracking, advertising cookies, or third-party fingerprinting.
